3 Ways to Feel More Self Confident


Happy first day of Fall! Now I just need the weather to reflect that it’s Fall!

Self confidence is something I’ve always struggled with. And if you’re anything like me, you’re always looking for different ways to gain that confidence. It’s an exhausting cycle but I’ve been trying different things for myself. I have found three things that make me feel more confident each and every day.

First up, whiten your teeth. Good dental hygiene is important all the time but there’s something about having a whiter smile that makes me feel good about myself. I use Crest White Strips to whiten my teeth. I have been using these since high school and I swear by them. Another great thing is they’re enamel safe! I also try to drink out of straws, especially when I’m drinking coffee to help protect my teeth from stains.

Second, do something physical. It doesn’t have to be going to the gym and lifting weights, it can be dancing around in your living room. JUST DO SOMETHING. I always feel happier and more confident after getting up and moving.

Last but not least, pick out your outfits. I always feel so much better and more put-together when I picked out my outfit the night before. You know those mornings when you didn’t and you’re running around like a crazy person trying to put something together? Same girl, same. Let’s try not to do that anymore.

All three of these things have to do with physical appearance but don’t let that fool you. Being a good person from the INSIDE out will forever and always be the biggest confidence booster. Give these three tips a try and let me know how much more confident you feel!
