One of the hardest things for me is to eat healthy. If you put a cookie in front of me I am 100% going to eat it. I am currently trying to make healthier choices to not just lose weight, but to feel like the best me possible. One of my go-to healthier choices is smoothies. Smoothies are so easy and, depending on what you put in them, full of nutrients! I have one smoothie that I’ve made for years and it’s perfect for a mid-morning snack. This particular smoothie helps cure my sweet tooth. Here’s what you need…

  • 1 Cup Frozen Berry Medley
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • Any Sweetener
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Mix all the ingredients together and you have a sweet but healthy snack. I hope you guys enjoy this super easy smoothie recipe!
